The Vitality Dogmazing Race is a fun and exciting event where pets and owners navigate a challenging

maze. The three fastest dogs each day will advance to the grand finale, with prizes awarded to the top

finishers. Sign up now and let your pet race to victory!

Mechanics:

1. ONLINE REGISTRATION

○ Visit our registration portal to sign up for the Vitality Dogmazing Race

○ Complete the registration form with your pet’s details.

○ Deadline: February 15, 2025

2. ONSITE CHECK-IN

○ Qualifying rounds will be held daily at 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM.

○ Participants must sign up online—no walk-ins allowed.

○ Strictly 10 participants only per batch.

3. RACE FORMAT

○ Navigate through the maze course, complete with obstacles and challenges!

○ Only dogs are allowed inside the maze course and they must be unleashed.

○ Feel free to bring treats, toys, or anything that will help guide your pet.

○ The top 3 fastest dogs each day will advance to the grand finale!

○ All batch winners will compete in the final round on Day 3.

4. FINAL ROUND

○ The top qualifiers will race for the win on March 30, 2025, Day 3 at 6:00 PM.

○ The final race will feature the fastest dogs from each batch, competing for the title!

5. PRIZE DISTRIBUTION

○ The top three finishers will receive grand prizes and trophies, with the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

place winners each earning special recognition for their achievements

○ Consolation prizes will be given to participants who compete.

○ Only those who register online and attend the event are eligible for prizes.

6. RACE PARTICIPATION RULES

○ Max of 10 Dogs per Batch: Each batch will have a maximum of 10 dogs. To ensure

fairness, registration will be capped once the limit is reached.

○ No Repeat Participants: A dog can only participate once per day and can only join one

batch per day. If a dog wins in any of the qualifying rounds, it is disqualified from joining

the succeeding legs. This ensures that each batch has an equal opportunity for all dogs.

○ Handler Limits: Handlers are allowed to enter a maximum of three dogs, but each dog

must be registered under separate entries.

7. GUARANTEE POLICY

○ Pre-registration is required to participate.

○ All participants who successfully register online are guaranteed a spot in the qualifying

rounds, provided they arrive on time for their selected race time.

○ To be eligible for any prizes, participants must both register online and physically attend

the event. Prizes will not be awarded to no-shows

○ Dogs participating must be in good health and under control at all times during the event.

Owners are responsible for the safety and well-being of their pets.

○ Dogs must have updated anti-rabies vaccination
